Every search your site ranks for brings in zero visits this month

This review is about who your website brings in. We went through the site, your search rankings and your reviews. The site itself is genuinely well built: a real 5.0-star Google review from a named customer, a real video interview, dedicated pages for solar PV and EV chargers, seven dated blog posts through 2024 and 2025. The problem isn't the site. It's that every one of the 21 searches it ranks for currently brings in 0 measured visits, down from a real past peak, and your best position anywhere is 18th, for a neighbouring county rather than your own. It's all detailed below, with what to do about each one.

01 The rankings

Real pages, real content, and nothing converting into a visit

The site ranks for 21 searches. Not one of them currently produces a measured visit. Your best position anywhere is 18th, for "solar panels galway", Galway being a neighbouring county rather than your own base in Ennis, Co. Clare. A real, dated blog post about solar in Ennis exists and isn't tracked with any ranking at all.

Traffic has fallen 100 percent from a real past peak the site once reached. That's not a site that never worked, it's one that stopped converting rankings into visits, while the content and pages behind it stayed genuinely solid.

Bottom line: The site used to bring in visits. Right now, none of the 21 rankings do.
02 The specifics

Four things holding the numbers down

Missing
No page targets your own county
Not one of the 21 tracked searches names Clare. Your best real position, 18th, is for Galway. A real blog post about solar in Ennis exists, dated August 2025, and isn't tracked with any ranking, meaning it hasn't been picked up as a page worth ranking yet.
Split
One national search, four of your own pages competing
"Renewables ireland" ranks from your homepage, your about page, your PV panel page and your shop page, all landing between 34th and 96th. Google has to decide which one to trust and splits the credit between all four instead of giving it to one.
Fallen
Traffic has dropped to zero from a real past peak
The site's own history shows real visits arriving before, peaking at 139 a month. That traffic is gone entirely now, while the pages that earned it, the EV charger page, the PV panel page, the blog, are all still live and largely unchanged.
Stale
The footer copyright reads 2024
A small, easily fixed detail, but a stale copyright year is one of the first things a visitor notices when deciding whether a business is actively looked after.
Worth noticing

This is not a design problem. The real Google review, the video interview, the dedicated service pages and the dated blog posts are all genuinely good work. These are aim problems: no page built for your own county, and one search split across four pages instead of one. That's steady monthly work, not a rebuild.

Bottom line: Nothing here needs a redesign. It needs pointing at the right searches.
03 Done for you

The fixes, already written out

Each fix below is ready to hand to whoever manages the site.

Fix 1 · New text for your Google listing
This is what people see when Western Renewables comes up on Google today, next to what it should say. Naming Clare directly matches the search people actually type.
What Google shows now
https://westernrenewables.ie
Western Renewables | Solar Panels & EV Chargers
Welcome to Western Renewables, your trusted provider of renewable energy solutions, including solar panel installation and EV charger installation.
What it should show
https://westernrenewables.ie
Solar Panels Ennis, Co. Clare | Western Renewables
Solar PV and EV charger installation across Clare. 5.0 stars on Google. Real installs, real reviews, free quotes.
Fix 2 · One address per search
This stops "renewables ireland" splitting credit across four of your own pages.
renewables ireland → owner: the homepage (34th today, your best of the four). Remove or de-emphasise the term on the about, PV panel and shop pages
solar panels ennis / clare → owner: your real August 2025 blog post on Ennis solar, strengthened into a proper county page and linked from the homepage
Fix 3 · Quick fixes
Small items, done in one sitting.
Footer copyright → update from 2024 to the current year
EV charger page → 1,300 searches a month at 42nd, add real install photos and an FAQ to strengthen it
Bottom line: Build the Clare page first. It's the one thing missing that every other page assumes exists.

05 What it adds up to

Run your own numbers on it

The searches this report covers add up to

Around 2,760 searches every month, across your own county, renewables and EV charging.

Visits already arriving from those exact searches today: 0.

The site once reached 139 visits a month. That's the level this is rebuilding toward.

Roughly 2,760 real searches a month sit on pages you've already built or nearly built, none of it converting into a visit yet. You know your close rate on enquiries and what an install is worth. That's the sum worth doing on your side.

Bottom line: The site earned 139 visits a month once. Nothing about the pages explains why it's zero now.
Why sooner beats later

A site that has already proven it can earn real traffic is in a stronger position than one starting from nothing, but that advantage fades the longer the current pages sit unaimed. The content is still fresh through 2025. That window closes as it ages.
